How secure is Credit Card payment online?
Be Puzzled™ wants to ensure that all or our customers can shop with complete confidence online. To maximise security, our website does not hold any customer's credit card details. All online credit card details are entered straight into our major bank's Secure Payment Gateway with the same industry standard 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption used by all the major banking corporations, keeping security at it's highest level.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online purchases - we accept MasterCard, Bankcard & Visa credit cards
Mail orders - Alternative payments include Personal Cheques, Money Orders and Direct Deposits.

Do you ship your puzzles outside of Australia?
Orders are currently shipped only within Australia. Customers outside Australia; please email us your interest in the mean time.
Do you offer Schools/Organizations special pricing for Fundraising events?
We certainly do. Fundraising with puzzles is a fantastic way to raise funds for your important cause.
Do you create customised photo puzzles for Business and Community organizations?
Yes. Promotion Puzzles are an excellent way to get attention.
What resolution does my image need to be to be made into a puzzle?
Image quality depends on the quality of the original picture. Images from a 3+ megapixel digital camera make the best puzzles however quality scanned images also work well. Please make sure your image is in JPEG (JPG) format or Raw images from any brand of digital camera when ordering. If there are any concerns about the quality of your image, we will contact you before proceeding.
Do you require the photo to be as big as the jigsaw puzzle?
No. The photo you send us or upload onto the website will be digitally enlarged to fit the jigsaw puzzle size. We will maintain proportionality as the original photo is enlarged. Sometimes minimal cropping of the reproduced photograph will be necessary to match the size of the jigsaw. If this occurs, it will only be a few millimetres around the edge of the picture normally of the sky, foreground and other details. You will be advised prior to production, if the focus of the image on the photo will be affected.
Can I make a photo puzzle from something other than a photograph?
Yes. We can make a puzzle from children's artwork (max A4 size), company logos or create your own special digital design or message.
What do you mean when you ask if my picture is copyrighted?

How will my custom made puzzle come packaged?
Each custom made puzzle is beautifully presented in a Be Puzzled gift box with your chosen image on the lid.
How will my invitation or promotional postcard puzzle come packaged?
Each postcard size puzzle comes assembled on a backing board in a clear, resealable plastic sleeve.
How long will it take before I receive my custom made puzzle?
We usually process orders within 3 days of receiving it, if not earlier.
You can reasonably expect your puzzle to be delivered within 5-7 working days depending on your postal address in Australia. Goods are delivered via Australia post or by our contracted couriers.
In addition to your Free standard delivery service can I have my order delivered via Register mail or Express post?
Yes you certainly can.
Why would I choose "Registered Mail"?
Registered mail is a way of tracking your order; each package has a unique number, proof of posting and requires a signature on delivery. Australia Post offers a maximum of $50 compensation for missing standard or express post parcels, therefore it is advised that if your order is greater than this amount that you choose this option at checkout for an additional $3.50.
Why would I choose "Express Post"?
If you are in a hurry for your order for a last minute gift or if you just want to receive your order ASAP then simply select the Express post option at checkout for an additional $6.00. Express postage between most capital cities and many other locations is "Guaranteed Next Day Delivery".
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email once your payment has been received and another email advising you that we have released your order.
What do you do with my original image once puzzle is made?
Any original material you supply us such as a photo, artwork or digital image on CD will be returned to you with your puzzle. Any uploaded digital images sent to us for online purchases, will be deleted from our system within 60 days of when your goods were ordered.
Can you add text to my photo puzzle?
Yes. For an additional $5 fee we can add text to your puzzle image such as "Happy 21st Birthday Emma" etc. For this service just check the box alongside Custom Text Message when ordering online. Then email the message to sales@bepuzzled.com.au or place in our Comment/Queries box.
Can I have a few photos made into 1 puzzle?
Yes. This option is ideal as a gift for special occasions such as 21st Birthdays, Weddings, and Anniversaries etc. For a $10 fee you can have up to 5 photos on any 20, 50 or 150 piece puzzle. For a $18 fee you can have up to 10 photos on the 300 piece puzzle. For this service, check the box alongside Puzzle Collage when ordering online. Then email or mail the extra photos to sales@bepuzzled.com.au or send any photo material or images on Cd to our postal address.
What will my collage puzzle look like?
The multiple images will be placed to best suit the puzzle's dimensions. We will add a background colour to frame each image. If you have any special requests simply add them to the general comments box when placing your order online or email us at sales@bepuzzled.com.au
