We accept photos in either a Digital image format or Photographic print. We also accept Artwork in either digital image format or from the original artwork (max. A4 size).

Please do not send copyrighted, professional photographs without a release from the photographer.

Online/Mail Orders:

Ordering online is easy. Select the puzzle(s) or gift voucher(s)you wish to order and follow our simple step-bystep ordering process.

Please ensure you have your digital image ready to upload when prompted during the ordering process or you can select to mail us your photo or artwork as either the original material or a digital image on CD. Any original material will be returned to you with your puzzle.

During the ordering process you will be given two payment options:

When prompted for your payment method simply select - Other forms of payment (print form) option. Your order details will then be sent to our site and a Receipt/Tax Invoice will be generated for you to print out. Once printed, please tick your preferred payment option and either post or fax it to us. Don't forget to print yourself out a copy for your own records. When funds have been received and cleared, your order will be efficiently shipped.

You may also email us your digital image and include your name, address, contact number, puzzle size required and any special instructions to: sales@bepuzzled.com.au

Then direct deposit or electronic transfer your payment to:

Alternately you may contact us and advise us of your credit card details over the phone. Once payment is received, your puzzle(s) will be efficiently processed and delivered to you.
